it's been a hard day's night...

...and i 've been working like a dog!well, not actually working!yesterday has been a reaaally long and cheerfull day!the weather was(and) still is rather weird...there is a lot of sun hidden under a cloud of what seems to be dust from the desert...sounds exotic right?well, it is so hot that i started wondering if summer came earlier this year!so last night me and my friends went for a couple of rakomela(sorry only greek people can understand that) in thisseio and ended up having a sleepover in my friend's place!this morning dressed in yesterday night's outfit we visited m.c.escher's exhibition in heracleidon museum.quite an exhibition but unfortunately no photos were allowed...

so it's time for an outfit!!!

not having decent outfit pictures i decided to experiment with my barbie dolls...i have always been a great fan of Barbies!lately i discovered that they can be the ideal models: they never complain, all sorts of outfits suit them and you can experiment on several styles!so here is a sample of the 2009 spring collection:

sunny days are over!

i thought winter was over...i thought that from now on ballerinas would be the only pair of shoes i would wear and i wouldn't carry an umbrella ever again!i started dreaming of trips to the sea and sunny days...but it seems they are over!i am sorry for being so pessimistic but the weekend seemed so promissing and now all i see is the black clouds and rain...anyway, i managed to take some spring pictures during the weekend, when my family and i visited the countryside.

i tried very very hard to take this last picture(you see Bruno is not a very sociable cat) but i believe the result was satisfying!!!

twist and shout

lately i ve been studying a lot(at least trying to)!but exams will be over in a couple of days!at last!so while studying i ve been listening to the beatles(even some of my projects were about them) and sinking deeper and deeper into a 60's madness.which means twist, huge earings and sunglasses(luckily there is a lot of sun lately), bright coloured ballerinas, roy lichtenstein(and pop culture in general), A-line dresses and skirts and headbands(maybe headbands are a bit 70's)...i wish i had a time machine!!!!

i guess i ll have to make do with green ballerinas and beatles songs...

today was a day devoted to nature and tradition...as the sun was shining bright and the wind was on our side we were aable to fly the kite and enjoy the countryside!
