feeling bettter...

yesterday, i decided that i ve been lying in bed with a cold for quite a long time...so i wore my warmest clothes (scarf and gloves included) to face the fierce winter and headed to Benaki museum to watch a couple of documentaries...unfortunatelly they were not as good as i expected but i hope next monday it will be better!after that i had my first karaoke experience(please don't laugh) with some friends (and some strangers as well)!though singing in public is not exactly what i call fun we had a laugh!
so here's what i was wearing:

the scarf seemed too dull so i decided to add a colourful touch with this vintage brooch!
warm suede boots are required!

a last-minute picture in the elevator(i kinda like it although it is blurred)

a tribute to winter before it goes by...

everybody seems to be too preoccupied with the early spring...though i can't resist to spring i can't help enjoying winter!especially these sunny-but still cold-days, when the only thing you want to do is wear your warmest clothes(gloves, scarves and hats included) and take a looong walk listening to yann tiersen(or whatever you like)...winter is drinking hot chocolate, gatherings with friends and family, going to the theatre or cinema...i know this might seem like out of time but i felt like saying it!well let's say a big farewell to winter and welcome the spring!

here are some things i'm gonna miss:

wellington boots!(pretty conered in mud i daresay)

my laura ashley's cardigan along with my mother's scarf...

the snow(though this year there wasn't much)!

handmade jewellery

Lately, I have been making jewellery...It all began when i didn't have my ears pierced and wanted to wear earings. So i started making clip earings. Then i liked it and made some of these:
my hand pointing to my favourite poster!i am wearing 2 of my bracelets that i have originally made for my mother(hehe)!
some of the bracelets I have made...

what has remained of my beads

a necklace made by my 10year-old cousin(a loooong time ago) worn as a bracelet...
I love it so much as it is made of hand-painted beads which used to be on a curtain!
